Happy Fifth Week of Easter Tuesday from the Carondelet Garden.  The Lamb's Ears are going crazy in the back garden.  I love the soft, fuzzy plant.  I will always remember a tour I once took of a garden and the story of how early settlers used the plant for toilet paper.  Such a fun story!  Every child who visits gets a rendition of that story!

It is a glorious morning here in the Garden with temperatures in the mid 60s and mostly cloudy skies but we should see a bit of clearing this afternoon.  A perfect day for the mowing and weeding I have on tap.  Another busy day around here.
