I love the sunflowers in front of the Patron Saint of Gardeners. A lovely addition to the Garden. I've focused so much on the vegetables this year that I neglected the flowers a bit, but we've been back at it recently. We stopped by a few Garden Centers for the sales and picked up a few more plants. Filled in where the carrots used to be as well as the area where we had the Snap Peas. Everything is looking quite nice, even with the extreme heat. Today we are getting a break from the extremes. We woke up to a bit of wet this morning in the Garden. The rain is such a blessing. Watering helps but this heavenly liquid makes all the difference. We can expect the showers to linger throughout the morning turning to mostly cloudy skies by this afternoon. The winds are out of the NNE at 10 to 15 MPH. There's a change in the weather. Here's hoping for better days ahead. A little peace, love and joy! Wouldn't that be nice? Grant yourself a little peace today. Spread a little love. That's all we need to have a little joy. Have a great Saturday Gardening Friends!
