Day: 82-degrees | Night: 69-degrees
This year was my first-time planting Bush tomatoes, and we are very pleased with the result. They are coming in hot and heavy right now and are delicious! It's been a trying year in the vegetable garden with the continued heat and the dry conditions. Some things aren't looking very good, but the tomatoes seem to be thriving as long as I am consistent water minder. I'm continually learning and adapting. Some successes and a few failures. My Pole Beans have been a total bust. The finches love them though. There is a small bright side as the finches are quite lovely. We opened the door to hot and humid drizzle this morning. The prognosticators are calling for thunderstorms with locally heavy rainfall at times. The winds are out of the SE at 5 to 10 MPH. Here's some hope that everyone is safe and healthy. Be careful if you have to travel about this day. Be good and be kind to yourself and others along your way. Have a Great Sunday Gardening Friends!
