Isn't she lovely? The African Marigolds are so tall with a delicate flower on top. You can't see it in this picture, but this Marigold is almost 36-inches tall. It's pretty amazing. I wouldn't plant it where I did again, but I do love the plant. Still pondering for next year. The Fall plantings are almost done. Lettuce, Broccoli, and Cauliflower are all looking very good, and all grown from seed. The Carnival Carrots are also sticking their little heads up and we will be thinning soon. The life of a Gardener! Little joys everywhere! The skies are beginning to clear here in the Carondelet Garden in South Saint Louis. The winds are out of the NNE at 5 to 10 MPH. It's a beautiful day so enjoy the weather. Be good and kind to yourself. Have a great Mid-Month Monday Gardening Friends!
