Day: 84-degrees | Night: 61-degrees
A gorgeous morning here in the Carondelet Garden. Bright sunshine fills the blue sky. It's fresh and clean after yesterday's cleansing rains. Everything looks just a little bit happier. It's that kind of day. Petrichor is the wonderful word that describes the smell just after a good rain. I love the idea that it's base comes from the Greek word: ichor. Ichor is the "ethereal essence" the Greeks believe flowed through the veins of the gods. Thanks Google! The beautiful sunshine will last throughout this Humpday. Winds will be out of the NNE at 5 to 10 MPH. An absolute stunner of a Wednesday. Be good to yourself. Be kind to yourself and those you may meet on your journey. Happy Humpday Gardening Friends!
