Happy Labor Day Gardening Friends.  A day set aside to honor the American Worker.  It may not be a perfect Union but we are better Union because of the workers who built this country.  Even our forefathers knew enough to say we were working toward a MORE perfect Union.  My prayer and hope this Labor Day is that we can unite as Workers and create a MORE perfect Union.  UNITED.  It feels a bit like a pipe dream lately but I still believe in HOPE. I still believe in FAITH.  I still believe LOVE can triumph over HATE and knowledge will triumph over ignorance.  I still believe in the American Worker. 

Enough of this old man's soapbox.  It feels a bit more like Groundhog Day than Labor Day in the weather department.  Lots of clouds and misty rain about this morning.  More rain is possible this afternoon.  Winds are out of the NE at 5 to 10 MPH.  Happy Labor Day Gardening Friends!
