It's a lovely morning here in the Carondelet Garden as we remember those who lost their lives in the attacks of 9/11.  The day is etched in our collective memory as a moment that brought our country together and united us in a common grief.  I hope and pray to see us united again.  

The Anthurium is doing very well in the Carondelet cottage.  Such a lovely plant that brings joy every time you look at it!  We all need something to give us a bit of joy every day.

The day has begun and there is work to be done.  This is the perfect gardening weather so we are heading out to take care of business!  Enjoy this day.  Take a moment to remember.  Say a prayer.
