The skies above the Carondelet Garden are cloudy this Friday morning in September.  Otherwise, a lovely morning to enjoy the garden and have a cup of coffee and listen to a bit of music while reading the newspaper.  It is one of those mornings where retirement is a blessing!

The Lantana have been a gift this year.  They are ever-blooming and simply love it here in the Garden.  What a bit of grace for the old gardener in Carondelet.  The gift that keeps on giving.  

A busy weekend in store for the #supercoololdpeople.  Art in the Park is Sunday, and we will get to see our newest Great-Niece.  Tomorrow, we get to spend some time with the youngest of the trio.  Watch her play volleyball and then ice cream afterward.  After all, it is tradition!
