The Winter Pansies are looking lovely in the morning light this last Thursday of September.  The bright sunshine and regular watering have certainly paid off.  They should look lovely through next Spring.  

We are praying for friends and family in Florida as Ian has wrecked a large portion of the Gulf Coast.  It's a terrible disaster and scary to have to endure.  

Tonight is a Drinks and Cigar benefit at the Highlands in Forest Park.  Should be a fun event.  

The weather is just beautiful again today. Sunny skies with winds out of the ENE at 5 to 10 MPH.  It's hard to beat this lovely sunshine.  Be good and be kind to yourself and others today.  A good day to count your blessings.  That's about all the news from here in the Carondelet Garden.
