Today is a day of remembrance for those faithful departed.  A Feast for All Souls!  Many of us have lost someone dear to us this year.  This is the perfect day to remember them.  Maybe light a candle.  Have a glass of wine tonight and toast their memory and pray for the ones they left behind.  Maybe share a funny story or a favorite memory.  I'm not sure grief ever truly goes away; it just changes into something else.  That's actually a good thing.  It keeps memories and traditions alive. It reminds us of who we are and where we come from.  Fall is that time of change. 

Today is a day of remembering.  The skies are clear, and the sun is beginning to break through.  Winds are out of the SSW at 5 to 10 MPH.  I hope you have a chance to get outside and witness the changes around us.  The leaves are still pretty stunning and remind us that change is good.  Be good to yourself and others as you journey through your day.  It's a Feast for All Souls!  That's all the news from here in the Carondelet Garden.
