It is a beautiful morning here in the Carondelet Garden in South Saint Louis.  It's also a quiet morning.  Sometimes that is exactly what you need:  quiet.  It gives the mind a bit of white space to simply rest.  You can call it mindfulness or spirituality or prayer but sometimes you need silence to recalibrate and center yourself a bit.  Today, I wish you quiet.

It's a beautiful Fall Day here on the southside.  Plentiful sunshine with winds out of the South at 5 to 10 MPH.  Grab another cup of coffee or tea. Sit back and relax a bit if you can.  You deserve a bit of relaxation.  Be good to yourself.  Be good and kind to those around you.  That's all the news from the Carondelet Garden.
