A bit of fog this Ordinary Tuesday morning in November.  A mild morning to be sure with temperatures in the upper 50s.  The high today should reach the upper 70s with the fog already starting to lift as the sunshine makes her morning appearance.  Another beautiful day here in South Saint Louis.

I've refurbished the side beds and finished the, hopefully, final weeding of 2023.  I know it sounds crazy but I'm putting out the outdoor Christmas decorations today.  It takes me a bit to get everything put into place so I'm getting an early start because the weather tells me to do it.  My old bones don't handle crawling around in the cold as much as they used to.  Cue the Christmas music!

In all seriousness, the holidays will be upon us before we know it.  We are ordering our ham for Thanksgiving this afternoon.  The shopping list is already created.  Dr. B is always on top of those things in her @carondeletkitchen.  It's busy and exciting and filled with love and hope.  It's also a bit melancholy and filled with memories of those who aren't with us anymore.  

It's going to be a great day for the outdoor decorating.  A good day for getting a few chores done and scratched off the list.  Be good to yourself and kind as well.  That's all the news from here in the Carondelet Garden.
